pet-friendly and well-maintained rooms with balcony. a huge variety of supplies in the room: tea and coffee making equipment, iron/ironing board, and a work desk.

Overall it was good sized and beautiful with balcony. Location: the hotel was next to Gateway to get to anywhere easily in Edmonton, west Edmonton and 2 trains. Also, Iskcon Edmonton Hindu Temple was 4 km away.

I got a king room that had pet free policy and was complete with balcony and the King bed. Its staff was affable and courteous.

the Dalton's resturaunt - food was excellent!
didn't like the pillows - too fluffy and large - should have been a choice for a flatter pillow

Location close to shopping centres
The room was noisy as there was a train right next to the hotel. Hot tub was very small and not hot at all.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to downtown, West Edmonton Mall, and providing easy access to major roads in Edmonton. the breakfast at Rickys Grill is excellent.

Noise from brewery trucks loading up continuously.

The location here is amazing, great for exploring the area, next to a fantastic pub with delicious food, and convenient access to the Whitemud road.

The only thing we didn,t like was the bed being somewhat high for us to get into, and the wake up call we left at the reception desk was not completed, thus making us a bit late in our appointment. This complaint was made at the reception desk prior to our leaving the hotel. Otherwise all was very satisfactory, the complaint was very minor and relativley unimportant.
